The system transports bowls and cups to three work stations. There, they are inserted into plastic containers by operators, stacked and transported to the consignment department.

Project
As general contractor, Frei Fördertechnik AG implemented the project from planning to installation and commissioning. A number of bowls, which is stored in the control unit, is inserted into plastic containers at each work station. The filled containers can be lowered by means of lifting stations. The delicate cups to be transported are conveyed on a rotary table and directly inserted by the operator. Due to reliable 3D planning, the project was optimally matched to the customer’s needs and successfully implemented. Above all, the workplace design was planned in detail with the customer:
An empty container feed, product feed as well as filled container removal had to be accommodated in a very confined space.
