The new generation "FFAG Monolith"

The stainless steel conveyor belts guarantee maximum hygiene for efficient food transport, as well as for the transport of bulk and piece goods for the processing industry.

  • The well thought-out concept of the positive-locking conveyor belts, not least due to the open square-profile chassis, keeps cleaning and maintenance costs low during operation.
  • The monolithic structure of the new PU belts enables endless joints by butt welding and is therefore perfect for direct food contact thanks to CE/FDA conformity.
  • The textured or smooth surfaces of the conveyor belt are characterised by optimum grip and gentle transport at the same time.
  • Thanks to the positive fit, the belts no longer need to be re-tensioned, which is a significant advantage during operation and cleaning.
