The history of the Ramseier brand began over 100 years ago. Today, Ramseier is the most popular fruit juice brand in Switzerland. With the new conveyor system, the fresh fruit is accepted and reloaded into troughs.

Project
For this contract, Frei Fördertechnik AG implemented all steps from planning to installation and commissioning. Due to reliable 3D planning, the project was optimally matched to the customer’s needs and successfully implemented. Given the nature of the material to be conveyed, some parts were made in stainless steel and expertly combined with the galvanised standard conveyor belts. The conveyor system for reloading fruit is equipped with catwalks, work platforms and ladders for maintaining and monitoring the system. The system is operated via a simple PLC.
