Project

With its decentralised locations in Liestal, Pratteln, Muttenz, Nuglar and Delémont, Surer covers all of its customers' needs. The portfolio ranges from the processing of mineral construction waste to the disposal of all types of waste for the manufacture of limestone products and stone baskets.

As the general contractor, Frei Fördertechnik AG was responsible for the realisation of the entire new building. Together with the efficient tipper and skip logistics, the new soil washing plant rounds off the offering and complements the sustainable strategy in processing and recycling.

Special features

  • Best possible washing process thanks to the use of a turbo washer
  • Removal of organic material using a settling machine and separate water circuit
  • Fines 0/1 are processed separately and can be added to the end product in a targeted manner using a manual flap
  • Separate silo system for primary and RC materials
