Nudelpeter Eierteigwarenfabrik Karl Siegel GmbH in Waiblingen (D) specialises in the production of pasta products of all kinds. The conveyor system we manufactured transports different varieties of pasta goods between the various production processes.

Project
As components supplier, Frei Fördertechnik AG implemented the project-specific handling technology from planning to manufacturing. The on-site commissioning was supported by the installation supervisor. Due to reliable 3D planning, the project was optimally matched to the customer’s needs and successfully implemented. The hygiene provisions for the food industry require the conveyor belts to meet the highest of standards. All belts were therefore equipped with a quick clamping device, folding lateral guides and a device for lateral belt transfer. The pivot distributors, which distribute the product evenly on the dryers, were produced in a solid construction.
