Steel breaker belts

Materials with sharp edges and violent impacts under harsh operating conditions can quickly lead to costly longitudinal tears or punctures in the conveyor belt. Our steel conveyor belts feature an integrated cut-resistant protective layer on the upper side of the textile carcass, offering significantly improved protection for your conveyor belt.

The result: less damage, reduced downtime and an extended service life for your system.

Thanks to our permanent stock, many belts are available at very short notice. In many cases, we can respond on the same day and carry out the replacement quickly and reliably.

By hot-vulcanising the belts, we achieve maximum precision and strength, thereby ensuring a long service life for the belt. Frei Fördertechnik’s tried-and-tested, cost-effective belts enjoy an excellent reputation.

Our staff are experienced specialists in the continuous vulcanisation of woven and steel-cord belts, as well as synthetic belts of all types. In addition to an extensive stock of belts and rubber, we naturally have state-of-the-art vulcanisation presses at our disposal.
