Full belt merge

The connecting conveyor with full belt construction enables products to be precisely fed onto or removed from a main line at an angle of 30° or 45°.

The continuous belt and fixed end rollers with a small diameter allow a wide variety of products to be transported with minimal distance to the adjacent conveyor. The conveyor is available in a merge or diversion version; the drive station can be quickly and easily adjusted depending on the conveyor direction.

The full belt merge impresses with its optimal power transmission and particularly smooth running. Specially coated pulleys ensure minimal friction, while the belt can be easily changed from above. Thanks to the small distance between the conveyor belts, a wide variety of products can be transported reliably and precisely.
