Automatic sorting system

The modular swivel roller conveyor with electric swivel strips and central drive enables dynamic distribution of up to 6,000 packages per hour.

It is particularly suitable for packaged goods from 100 mm in length, even if the base area or shape varies greatly. Even light, flexible goods such as shipping bags, small cartons, plastic containers, tablets or car tyres can be transported safely and quickly. The goods pass through the module without coming into contact with the side guide elements, which ensures particularly gentle handling.

The swivel roller conveyor impresses with its precise, high sorting performance without slippage between the conveyed goods and the transport level, gentle product handling, efficient handling of demanding, light loads, even force transmission to the rollers, electric swivel rollers and low-noise operation.
