Changes to the Board of Directors from 01 April 2024

Andres Schmid, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Frei Fördertechnik AG, is stepping down from the Board of Directors after 20 years in office. On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board of Frei Fördertechnik AG, we would like to express our sincere thanks to him for his outstanding 20 years as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

With the resignation of Andres Schmid, Urs Kern will follow in his footsteps as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors from 1 April 2024. We are delighted to welcome Urs Kern, an experienced management expert, to our team. His many years of experience in the construction industry and real estate sector, coupled with his analytical skills and expertise in strategy, management, market positioning, organisation and corporate culture, make him the ideal choice to lead Frei Fördertechnik AG into the future together with the Board of Directors.
