Container stacker

The container stacker is used for stacking/unstacking plastic containers (e.g. crates, containers, trays) and
is used in the food industry, logistics and warehousing, where standardised containers are transported,
cleaned or filled.

The container stacker consists of the following main components:

• Feed system: Conveyor belt or roller conveyor that brings the plastic containers to the system individually or in stacks.
• Positioning unit: Aligns the containers precisely so that stacking/unstacking can be carried out accurately.
• Lifting and lowering unit: A pneumatic lifting unit moves vertically and positions either the entire
• stack or the individual containers at the correct height.
• Gripping or separating unit: Grips the container using pneumatic grippers. Lifts or lowers one container at a time or releases it.
• Output system: Transfers stacked or destacked containers to the conveyor system.
