Dust extraction system

Dust extraction systems ensure that the residual particle content in the clean gas complies with legal requirements.

The filter housing is divided into raw gas and clean gas areas by perforated plates. The flat hose filter elements (flat hose and support basket) are inserted from the clean gas side. They are fixed in the housing and are attached in the perforated plate area without screws and in a dust-tight manner. The textile filter material is flowed through from the outside to the inside, thus retaining particles.

The length of the filter elements, which is limited to 2.5 m, requires more elements than other designs with the same filter area. However, this means that the cleaning energy used is better distributed over the entire area and the individual elements are easier to handle.
