Corrugated edge conveyors
Our corrugated edge conveyor belts are used when conventional flat rubber belts can no longer cope with the required incline. We distinguish between inclined and vertical corrugated edge conveyor belts, which are used as required.
Our vertical corrugated edge conveyors offer a conveying capacity of up to 600 m³/h and can transport material over a vertical height of up to 60 m.
Examples of applications include steep conveyors with special belt conveyors and tunnel belts, as well as the replacement of bucket elevators in confined spaces, as they enable steep or vertical conveying. Cross bars prevent the material from slipping back and ensure continuous, even feeding. They are ideal for the vertical transport of rock or other materials and offer a very high conveying height in a small space.
Our extensive standard range includes variable belt widths for different material requirements, designs of inclined and vertical corrugated edge conveyor belts, reliable tensioning and drive stations, and stable deflection of the corrugated edge belts for smooth operation.
