Conveyor chute

Conveyor chutes are suitable for conveying and dosing free-flowing bulk materials of almost any grain size.

Under bulk material containers, the conveyor chute can be used as a bunker discharge unit, serving as a combined closure, discharge, transport and dosing device. A magnetic vibrator or unbalanced motor generates a directed vibration that moves the material across the trough from the inlet to the outlet.

In bunker discharge units, the closure is self-locking, as the material comes to a standstill due to the lack of vibration and causes a backlog. The fine vibrations ensure that the material is transported very gently.

All conveyor chutes can be fitted with a stationary or resonating cover and thus closed dust-tight. With the appropriate lining, wear and the tendency to stick can be reduced.

When used as a bunker discharge unit, the conveyor troughs are equipped with a corresponding inlet hopper and often also a rod gate. Conveyor troughs are robust, low-maintenance and very easy to clean thanks to their open, trough-shaped design.
