Conveyor belt scale

The belt scale accurately measures conveyor belt throughput.

The throughput on a conveyor belt (t/h) is measured using a belt scale. It provides the necessary flexibility for measuring continuous material flows of varying thickness.

The conveyor belt scale is available in two versions: non-calibratable (one measuring station) and calibratable (two measuring stations).

The conveyor belt scale uses load cells to measure the weight of the material on a specific section of the belt. In addition to the belt load, the belt speed is measured using a speed sensor. The product of the two measured variables gives the current conveyor capacity. Integrating these values gives the conveyor throughput.
