VITO Recycling Floor Washing Plant, Péry-La Heutte - True Giant Washing Power
Giant washing power. In order to meet the latest requirements for environmentally friendly materials management, VITO Recycling AG is building Europe's most modern floor washing plant in Péry-La Heutte in the Bernese Jura.
After intensive process planning, Frei Fördertechnik AG is building this innovative plant, which will be able to recycle 200,000 tonnes of contaminated mineral construction waste per year from 2023. The clarification towers have now been erected and filled, and in April the steel structure and the processing plant was erected. In August 2022, the installation of the two Technoidea filter chamber presses took place.
We are very pleased to be able to realise this exciting project, which is the largest in our company's history in the field of recycling, for and with Vigier Holding AG and Toggenburger Unternehmungen.
The modern and technically advanced plant and its equipment allow an almost maximum recycling of the incoming materials and the extraction of new raw materials for the production of concrete and cement. This completes an environmentally friendly material cycle.
