Wear lining

Wherever possible, transfers are carried out with a material bag. Where this is not possible or permitted, the following wear protections can be installed:

Wear plate
We can cut and mill wear-resistant sheets (Brinell hardness of 400 to 600) according to the customer’s requirements. In order to attach the plates, they can be equipped with internal threads or threaded weld studs and weld nuts.

Hard weld wear plate
The hardfacing forms the wear layer, which consists of the C-Cr-Fe system, among others. The alloys enable a hardness of up to 70 HRC to be achieved for the wear layer.  In order to attach the plates, they can be equipped with internal threads or threaded weld studs and weld nuts.

Rubber wear plate
Rubberised wear plates are used for bulk material with high moisture content and to reduce noise. The steel plate is coated with a wear rubber layer of 6 to 20 mm according to the customer’s requirements. Wear rubbers with different abrasion values as well as oil-resistant and grease-resistant rubbers are available. In order to attach the plates, they can be equipped with internal threads or threaded weld studs and weld nuts.
