Palletiser

Palletisers are used for palletising cardboard boxes, trays, boxes, cans, etc. With the palletiser, products are deposited onto the pallet layer by layer according to the desired and programmed layer pattern. When one layer is complete, it is set down on the pallet. At the same time, the next layer pattern can be formed in the buffer. Once the layer pattern has been placed on the pallet, the pallet lift moves underneath the tray by one position downwards. As soon as one pallet is complete, it is set down, and a new pallet is loaded. The palletisers are available in different designs, from a basic layer pattern up to fully automated multiple complete systems.
