The CleanScrape pre-scraper is mounted diagonally under the discharge pulley and forms a three-dimensional spatial curve. The scraper is made of a matrix of tungsten carbide wipers and is pressed against the belt. It is suitable for belts of ~400 to 2,800 mm operated at speeds of up to 8.0 m/s and a head pulley diameter of up to ~270 to 1,250 mm.
Tensioner
Twist™:
The patented Martin® Twist™ tensioner uses the energy from a twisted rubber coupling to provide constant belt cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments.
