Kästli Bau AG

In the existing plant in Rubigen, two log washers are being replaced by a turbo washer. They are outdated and unsuitable for the gravelly excavation. The new facility is designed to minimise wear and increase the degree of purification of the material.

Client/developer: Kästli Bau AG

Place: Rubigen

Project: overhaul of pre-washing system

Year of construction: 2009

Project
Frei Fördertechnik AG took on the planning of the system, its manufacture as well as the installation and commissioning. Control and water cycle (minus new piping and cyclone) were purchased directly by the client.

Special features

  • System requirements: The water cycle had to be the same due to the existing treatment tower.
